Who can I contact to get website support?

What are your business hours and address?

Our Client Support team is available between the hours of 6 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday. All other department business hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday. We are based in San Diego with offices at 5550 Morehouse Drive, 92121.

How long will it take my website to go live?

Our goal is to get your website up and running as soon as possible. Typically, we can have your new website live by the end of your kick-off call with our Onboarding Team.

Can I make edits to my website myself?

Yes! We encourage you to make edits to your new website regularly after it has been set live. You will need a username and password to access the editor.

How does the video shoot work?

We set up the video shoot with a professional videographer in your local area. The videographer will arrive at your location on the designated time and day and will have 12 hours of time to shoot video and audio. Who does the Search Engine Optimization on my website?

Your website comes standard with basic local optimization tools, but you can perform specific on-page SEO that best applies to your business. Our Support and Onboarding teams can provide guidance on how to access and edit your website for SEO. Managed SEO is available in certain packages. Your Google-certified account manager will create a customized SEO strategy for your practice that takes into account your business objectives, local market, services, local competition and goals. How does pay-per-click work?

Pay-per-click ads are set up using your Google Ads account. For packages that include PPC services, an account will be created for you. A Google Ads Certified Account Manager will create optimized ads based on your keywords that target people in your local area. Learn more on PPC solutions.

How often will I get reports?

Benchmark reports will be emailed to you on a monthly basis for PPC solutions and quarterly for SEO solutions, depending on your enrollment and activation date. Reports on press release publication and syndication will be available two weeks after publication.
