What is my Local Brand Visibility Score and how is it calculated?
Your Local Brand Visibility (LBV) score is an aggregate measure of your most important data. This metric takes into account your practice’s reputation, social media activity, and search engine discoverability. The weighting of the factors involved in each of the data sets varies by industry, as well as from one practice or location to the next.
Why is it important to have my listings optimized?
It's important to optimize your listings because when potential patients come across your practice in a directory, you want to make sure your listing shows the correct information for your practice. Having accurate listings also helps improve your overall SEO and how Google ranks your website. When doing voice searches on smartphones, Siri will pull from listings like these to populate voice search results.

How are my Listings tracked? How do I find and fix missing listings?
Our Listing Management service includes a Missing Listings Report that shows providers that don’t have a listing for locations that you have selected. There might be a listing with enough mismatched information—too many variations in Name, Address, and Phone number (NAP)—that it is not considered a match, meaning that the provider shows as a missing listing. We also report statistics for listing accuracy. When more than one listing for a location is detected, it selects the best match for your location as the primary listing.
Can I update my office hours?
If your practice hours change on a regular basis (monthly, seasonally, or some other predictable way), you can schedule your regular hours to change automatically. You can do this for one or many locations at once. If additional schedule changes of the regular working hours are needed, you can schedule those updates to happen automatically when needed, too. In addition, you can schedule temporary changes such as holiday hours.
How long does it take for my listings to update once my information has been submitted?
It takes about 3-4 weeks to update all your listings with your new accurate information.
